Hope you are all enjoying this wonderful holiday season. Here are a few of my thoughts to ponder as you get ready for your celebrations.
Children can be our greatest teachers. They show us how to laugh, how to play and how to truly enjoy life and shed our inhibitions. Their unspoiled view of the world is as refreshing as a drink of water from a cold, clear spring and as delicious as a piece of deep, dark chocolate! When you play with your baby or toddler, feel the joy in your heart and the warmth and love that you never knew possible.
This holiday season, amidst all the hustle and bustle, take a few minutes to really stop and count your blessings. Just look at your little miracle, watch the sparkle in her eyes when you sing those holiday songs together or just snuggle after a long day. Feel the warmth, the pride and the love.
The holidays are about family…spending time together, telling stories, sharing special foods and creating new traditions. These things will truly make your heart smile.
